As an employer you recognize and understand that we reserve the right to approve all job postings prior to positions being listed as active on our employment site.
You also understand that this approval process is based upon our sole discretion, and is necessary to ensure that content submitted is relevant to the context of our employment sites and our intended site audiences.
We reserve the right to reject job postings to our sites, terminate accounts, expel employers and prevent their further access to our employment web sites, based upon our sole discretion.

As a job seeker you recognize and understand that jobs posted on our employment site are employment notices, and in no way constitute offers or guarentee of employment to those who apply. You also understand that we are not able to confirm or assess the accuracy, appropriateness, quality, or suitability of the employer, or the positions that they submit. We are not in a position to confirm that each employer is who he or she claims to be. We reserve the right to reject resume submissions to our sites, expel job seekers and prevent their further access to our employment sites. In the event that you (as an employer or job candidate) have a dispute with one or more users, you release MICAH WEB COMMUNICATIONS (our agents, partners, and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Security
If you register an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that, to the best of your knowledge and belief, your registration information is truthful, accurate and complete.
